Trump administration struggles to rehire fired bird flu employees USDA supervisors are being asked to justify rehires and some employees still haven’t gotten their laptops back.

When people do damaging things, I usually assume they are acting from incompetence rather than malice. But in this case they repeatedly make clear that the MAGA regime is a malicious actor.
