Great start to our ILM level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management this week, with a focus on continuous professional development & becoming an effective leader.
We also kicked off a bespoke ILM for our friends at NIACRO. Brilliant energy and engagement from both groups already!

What did I do today?
1. Spent a lot of time internally singing 'find my purpose' from Avenue Q
2.Realised I need to provide myself with dedicated time and mental space to develop (not just e-learning!!)
