This is the only photo I know to exist of the (now possibly lost) namesake of this album (we moved the parentheses). Dick's scrapbook was described in Phil Berger's "The Last Laugh," but Dick's long-time girlfriend, Lillian, sent me a photo of it some time into our friendship.
