Die Sanktionen betreffen wahrscheinlich auch den Einsatz von Apps, SW, Cloud von US-Anbietern. Also Google, Microsoft, Apple, WhatsApp. Richter beim Internationalen Gerichtshof haben das ja schon in diesem Jahr erlebt. Dort ist es auch um Kreditkarten und so weiter gegangen. #DigitalSovereignity
