A small girl is on the boat, swimming through the raging seas. Behind her, a grown up version of her stands, hidden away by the storm. A witch, too. Two people are skewered in horror, crying, their hope to protect one another lost. And the forefront is two people having the showdown: the witch and the father of the girl.
A woman sits on a throne with a scepter, having won it all. She is a witch now, and beneath her are her brother-in-law, dying, and his son, watching as that happens. Behind them are two women, trying to do something -- but they will not be able to, and before them are two witches, having the fight of their own.

My friend's Technomancer in our Shadowrun campaign, Jax! They absolutely know how to keep the tension high... So long as their carrier mech Malaise doesn't start turning around at random.
