Dinner tonight was surf and turf. Sous vide then grilled ribeye with scrimps and a low-carb pasta. 🦐 and the pasta were tossed in a nice roasted tomato pesto, of which @maithedane.bsky.social would be proud. Not pictured, a nice garden salad.

Sous vide ribeye finished on the grill. Caliphs lathered in a mixture of Greek yogurt, spicy harissa paste, and lemon juice then roasted until tender, but with just a little bit of bite left. Water cross lightly dressed in lemon and olive oil. 🤷♂️
