What is it about Fridays that kick off my #DisabilityGrief and #RejectionSensitivityDysphoria?

There are situations in my life that are setting it off ... but it seems like in my journey with #CharcotFoot I always seem to deal with these big feelings on Fridays. I miss being hyperindependent!

Being chronically ill is such a rollercoaster of emotions, some days I’m positive and vow to not let my illness define me and other days I just feel grief so deep I can’t see a way out #chronicpain #disability #disabilitygrief
