Jake after getting infected with a bioengineered pathogenic amoeba known as the Salcadesoza which is basically a kind of zombie infection that only affects and targets sapient beings here. The symptoms for it are greenish skin, constant drooling which is one of the ways said infectious amoeba spreads via infected fluids with said infected biting its said victims, and the said sclera aka white part of the eyes turning all black, and also said eyes while said infected are in the dark being literally in said dark room or night, having said eyes glowing a yellowish color here, while in the light and day time, their eyes are not at all glowing here:P
Zombie Jake here in question being in the light or daytime which causes his eyes here to not glow at all, the reason why they even glow at all while any said infected is in the dark or nighttime is because it pretty much allows them to see in the dark via giving said infected here night vision like yeah, I am not gonna go any further on how that works because aside from the fact it will take so long to explain, its very complicated like yeah lol!
