This weekend, the family of #AllanFeliz took to the streets to for the #DominicanDayParade 🇩🇴 It was a joyous celebration of their heritage, but the Feliz family was also painfully aware of the absence of their beloved Allan, who was killed by NYPD Lt. Rivera in 2019.
