The picture shows the sauce (actually the stew without the rice). It has an orange-res colour. Ingredients in random order: oil, peanut butter, ginger, salt, cumin, turmeric, paprika, chili, sweet potatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, carrots (i actually lacked them...)

Today I cooked #Domoda an African type of stew (a vegan version of it). Despite it was the first time it was cool. Surprisingly this African dish reminds me of Copenhagen as it is there when I tasted/discover it.
