Play dough recipe: Ingredients Salt Plain flour Cooking oil Cream of tartar Food colouring (optional) Water To a pan add 1/3 cup of salt Two teaspoons of Cream of Tartar One cup of flour One cup of water One tablespoon of oil Stir over a medium heat After one minute add the food colouring (optional) Continue stirring until the mixture starts binding to itself. Remove from pan and need until the texture is smooth. Easy peasy!
