An oloroso finished 9yr old Glenrothes from 2011, for the Morrison's Distillers Carn Mor range.
An easy drinking dram with the typical, Christmas cake, spicy, dark fruit taste.

Day 22 of the #WhiskyAdvent and its a 10yr old Glengoyne. A bottle of which was gifted to me from a customer, back in the day.

#WhiskyAdvent day 21 and for the 4th time, I'm back at #Bunnahabhain.
This hand fill distillery exclusive which was drawn from an oloroso hogshead, was distilled in 2013 and bottled after just 6 years at 60.2% abv.

A two4one today with the #WhiskyAdvent calendar.
1st, a Kilkerran 12 yr with a 70/30 split of ex-bourbon and sherry casks used for this 2022 batch.
Next, its a Carn Mor Benriach 2010 8 yr from sherry butts bottled for Morrison and Mackay, as they were known back then.

Dram 17 from the #WhiskyAdvent calendar and its a 15 year old #Glenfarclas, produced by one of the oldest family owned distilleries remaining in the industry.
A beautiful, easy drinking sherried whisky.

A return to Islay with dram 16 from my #WhiskyAdvent calendar, a heavily peated #Bunnahabhain once again.
This vatting of 3 ex-bourbon casks distilled in 2013 and bottled by Indy bottler Cadenheads, in 2019 at 58.9% abv.
