tough look for pasta cat, who was so well-behaved during #DreamLab21 that no one won bingo. harsh teaching evaluation!!
In the end, either Curtis Cat Bingo board could have been the winner, but no one won! ALAS! 🤣🐾 #DreamLab21
Having a short wrap-up chat with our class in an hour, but that's officially it for #DreamLab21! What a blast! Huge thanks to @PennPriceLab & all the wonderful organizers, teachers, & participants! Our #DH East Asian Studies course brought together folks all over the world! 🌏💻
Things that are blowing my mind on our last day of #DreamLab21: having open consultation sessions with students and so many of them are already applying the tools to their work (and even making mini presentations for us to show how they've thought things out since class)! 😍
Our last day of formalized instruction for #DreamLab21 ended on some great questions about ethics, intellectual property, equity, and collegiality not only in digital studies but academia more broadly. Love to see it! ☺️ Tomorrow @pvierth and I do small group consultations!
In #DreamLab21 talking network analysis, @James_A_Benn and his close relationship to Buddha making another cameo. 👀📿
Rigatoni is more ready for my danish than #DreamLab21 Day 3 but she’s cute so we forgive her. 😐
whoever in my class is playing Curtis Cat Bingo is probably killing it after our text mining session #DreamLab21
Fox is struggling with tokenization but that’s not @pvierth’s fault, he just can’t resist a mid-class nap. #DreamLab21
Hey #JapaneseStudies and #DHJPN friends! A student in our #DreamLab21 workshop asked whether there is any formally published research on Japan that uses Voyant for its text analysis. 🖥️ Anything you can recommend? #DH @VoyantTools
