(From left to right top line) Swap!Nightmare is pouring coffee out for himself because he hasn't slept, but it's spilling everywhere. Killer was walking by and seen this so he came up behind Nightmare to ask if he was okay, making Nightmare drop the coffee. He looks back at Killer with an expression that reads he is definitely not okay and lacking sleep. (Left to right bottom line) Killer stares at Nightmare back, and finally decides to drag him away to go and sleep.

Killer and Nightmare cuddling together as "just good pals" (they are not just friends).
