1️⃣ Edit search-result.html.twig template OR
2️⃣
Enable "Search result highlighting input" view mode, customize fields, and reindex site.

Both methods let you add/remove fields in search results.

3. Add/remove desired fields
4. Reindex your site

That's it - your search will now only index the fields you selected!
