In the old days, zongzi (dumplings) are thrown into the river on the day of #Duanwu, to feed the fish and stop them from eating Qu Yuan's body. So in the #DuanwuGame, you can slow your opponent's boat down by placing a fish in their lane, which will only swim away if they buy zongzi to feed it. 3/

#Duanwu boat racing extends as far back as the Warring States and minister Qu Yuan, who threw himself into Miluo River. The boats used to be shaped like birds so they could sail swiftly to rescue the drowning poet. Dragon boats only appeared in records during the Southern Song times. 1/ #DuanwuGame
