The depiction is of the tarot card "The Lovers", but in reverse: Disharmony, conflict, misalignment, imbalance, detachment, poor choices, codependency. Cullen and Viktor are locked in a violent embrace, with Viktor grabbing Cullen by the throat and pulling his head back by his ponytail. Each of their mouths are open, tongues and faces covered in Viktor's blood as they pass it between each other.
