These are good steps, but more is needed. And UK, US, Japan is not in EU. Softbanks (Japan), US & Chinse acquisitions of European players in tech, should be reversed.

Globalization is dead. We need sovereignty.

And EU needs a plan for #DigitalSovereignty & #EuroStack

We need EU sovereignty in arms & tech.
