Pancreatic undifferentiated carcinoma with osteoclast-type giant cells:
▫️Dual population: epithelioid mononuclear cells + multinucleated osteoclast-type cells. They can be bland ☝🏽.
▫️Fairly discohesive pattern.
▫️Spindle and sarcomatoid features can be seen.
