Someone gifted my husband and me a Lake Erie steelhead trout fillet which I baked and we had 1/2 of the fillet for dinner a couple nights ago. One of my favorite things to do with the leftover fish is to cut it up and put it in fettuccine Alfredo. I'm full . 😋 #EatWild
