During the #TetOffensive, a VC captain, #NguyễnVănLém (an arms trafficker code-named #BảyLốp), was executed by South Vietnam's police chief #NguyễnNgọcLoan in Saigon on #ThisDayInHistory in 1968. It was recorded in a famed #EddieAdams photo that won a #PulitzerPrize in 1969.
