Osama Njeem #Elmasry, a war criminal prosecuted by the International Criminal Court for murder, torture and sexual violence among other things, was released shortly after his arrest in Turin on 21 January.

One of the most feared is that of Mitiga under the control of the Libyan official #Elmasry. The #WarCriminal was arrested in Turin on 20 January but let go two days later by Italian authorities. The proceedings caused outrage worldwide.
