Vangelis is a dedicated spiritual seeker who spent much of his life following the expectations of others before choosing to live his own life, his way. For over 20 years, Vangelis never missed a workout, only the disruption of COVID changed that streak. That period of change led him to release the need for perfection and, for the first time, he became himself.  Deeply spiritual and committed to daily inner work, Vangelis chose to see things from a different angle. Vangelis spent many years as a member of a church. That experience formed his current focus: exploring the dynamics of abuse from a different angle and this is what our discussion will be on today.  Today Vangelis helps business owners leverage what they already know, clarifying strengths, simplifying practices, and creating sustainable, peaceful growth. His approach blends discipline, compassion, and spiritual insight to support lasting personal and professional transformation.

Being repeatedly told you’re “too sensitive” can slowly erode your confidence. Healthy relationships don’t punish honesty.
They don’t require you to shrink your reactions to preserve someone else’s comfort.

Love is not meant to be a dumping ground for contempt.
Boundaries are not cruelty — they are self-respect.
You can love someone deeply and still refuse to be diminished.

Recognizing Narcissistic Patterns - Stacey Sanderson Mardi Winder-Adams sits down with Stacey Sanderson to explore the often misunderstood world of narcissism, especially as it relates to divorce and recovery. Stacey, drawing from her expertise in psychology, sets the record straight on what truly defines narcissistic personality disorder, distinguishing it from other types of difficult behavior, and highlights the complexity surrounding its diagnosis and how frequently the term is misused in today’s conversations, particularly in the context of divorce. Their discussion addresses the confusion and challenges that arise when dealing with a narcissistic partner, explaining not only the clinical traits of narcissistic behavior but also why these individuals act the way they do during relationship breakdowns. This 💯. We all make mistakes, but if you refuse to own your behavior and aim to do better in the future you are perpetuating a cycle of abuse. #emotionalabuseawareness

Hearing a friend living the same abuse tactics that I did, shows that the script abusers use is almost identical.

“Well if I’m abusive, then so are you!”

It sends chills up my spine that the rhetoric doesn’t change, it’s just recycled garbage to keep us feeling insane. #emotionalabuseawareness
