I just want the City of Toronto's Mayor & Council to make the Toronto Police Services budget contingent upon setting up and operating a Toronto flavour of the Project 529 Garage #EndBikeTheft, and attach it to their Bike Squad officially, and maybe they could assign detectives to the unit as well.

Mayor Chow should give the Toronto Police Services budget more serious consideration only if they set up and operate a dedicated Toronto Project 529 Garage, attached to their regular Police Bike Squad. Include some bicycle detectives in that as well. #EndBikeTheft #BikeTO #TOPoli
