I’m quite ok with all #Landlords having to ensure their properties meet #EPC Level C *PROVIDING* it also applies to any property being bought and sold privately, too.

Lost hours today w/ no result. Typical UK: try to be compliant, waste of time & effort. Don't bother & no one ever checks.
The EU MEPS framework should cover all buildings, require compliance at firm dates starting before 2030 and utilise and improve the existing #EnergyPerformanceCertificates framework. #EPCs 9/9
