Plated: toasted everything bagel w/generous schmear of whipped cream cheese con sal y pimienta w/side salad (English cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cilantro, shallots, drizzle lemon olive oil, lemon zest/juice, fresh cracked pepper/kosher salt).
Freshly rinsed farm fresh cilantro laid out on a towel to dry. Will later bag/store for use. Nothing better than fresh cilantro!
