Just returned from #Epigenetics2025 in Belfast and still buzzing from the experience! ✨
I presented my research on Gro protein function in Drosophila (including a 1-minute pitch challenge—what a rush!), and came away with invaluable feedback and lots of inspiration for future experiments.
Last week we hosted our #Epigenetics2025 conference.
Congratulations to @thomasbalan.bsky.social, Jasmina Al-Mousawi & Georgia Lee on winning best poster prizes!
And a HUGE thank you to the organisers: @yatlasi.bsky.social, Michelle Holland, @adrianbracken.bsky.social & @labrowe.bsky.social
@gensocuk.bsky.social #Epigenetics2025
And that is a wrap! We had a blast at #Epigenetics2025 Belfast - if anyone who attended is interested in taking a look at our methylEZ tool (under development but already out for testing), feel free to check the GitHub repository! github.com/AlejRSosa/me...
Great to meet new and familiar faces and share our latest thoughts on strategies to finely tune gene expression at #Epigenetics2025!
I had a lovely meeting on #Epigenetics2025 in Belfast organized by the @gensocuk.bsky.social. Inspiring talks and interactions!
That’s a wrap on the @gensocuk.bsky.social Epigenetics meeting in Belfast, what an absolute treat it’s been!
