My first school visit of the day was Claremont. I had a wonderful visit to classrooms to see dual language immersion instruction in action. One highlight was meeting the attendance team about strategies for ensuring every student knows we want to see them in school.

My spring visits took me to Escuela Key this morning where I sat in on a 1st grade Collaborative Learning Team (CLT), spoke to 5th graders who advocated for more Spanish instruction in PE, observed at 4th grade phonics lesson and visited an art class. #OneTeamOneAPS #EveryAPSStudent
