My other top tip is ASK and OFFER. I ask folks if they need to update their voter registration and offer to do it now. Strangers. Barristas. Store clerks when checking out at stores. Other folks waiting in line. Servers at restaurants. Folks on the elevator. #TXVDVR #EverydayActivist

My top tip on doing voter registration as an #EverydayActivist is to remember that “ It pays to advertise” along with the Girl Scout motto “Be prepared”. I have about a dozen different T-shirts promoting voting. I often wear one of those when running errands, taking a walk, doing the laundry.
