In the meantime, I’ve just posted a free hit team generated from HUB data.
You might have expected more Liverpool but Virgil is 16th in expected points, as the 2nd highest Liverpool player, so maybe don’t get fixated on the Burnley game.
I’ll be posting free hit teams and wildcard teams for gw4 in due course, once all the transfer noise has settled down and the internationals are out of the way.

I was strongly considering a free hit myself in GW4, but if the below posts prove anything, it’s that the strongest teams on paper are not guaranteed to win out. I may therefore just stick with my GW3 picks in the hope of a turnaround in fortune.

In a slight twist this week, the Scout AI team that I’ve been running since the start of the season brought home 80 points in GW3, which was much better than the free hit team!

Just posted the results of the free hit teams that I’d generated from Scout and HUB data prior to GW3.
I think it’s safe to say that they are both underwhelming.
That said, the Scout team came out victorious once again making it 2.0 for the season so far.

Just out of interest, I have just posted a comparison of how the proposed free hit teams for GW2 actually faired.
As you can see, the team based on the scout predicted data outscored the team based on the HUB data.

The team just posted is also a Free hit team for GW3 that scores 100% on the HUB. It's also been generated using my own AI tool but I asked for a 3.5.2 formation which I think is an improvement on the last team posted.

I've generated some Wild Card teams and Free Hit teams using an AI macro I developed. The teams posted use predicted player scores from FPL Hub and FPL Scout as a data source.
