Pierciwee take competition to another level, essentially becoming so wrapped up in it they tend to go too far. When not in competition, they are incredibly caring for those they deem weaker, which gives them a need to defend their trainers when possible.

Lancilee is a loyal defender, almost to a fault. They have grown tired of competition and instead use that energy to prove their worth as bodyguards. They tend to make their trainers their "charge," and stay up for long nights to keep an eye on them and keep them safe. They use their log necks and their beaks to charge into their opponents with a force greater than an incoming train.
Adding even more detail, the neck has grown longer and sprouted Kiwi Flower petals in the form of a cravat. There is now a green masquerade mask covering the face with a single eye showing, the kiwi flower covering the right eye still there. The green kiwi style leaves around the neck becoming sharper and forming a type of armor, the wings also becoming armored in that same style.
