Some years back I bought the 80s reissue of this obscure jazz release for the cover as I'd never heard of the artist, Brew Moore (lower left). I never expected to ever see an original, but yesterday one appeared in the new arrivals bin at Amoeba in nice condition for just 20 so I had to grab it. A nice straightforward west coast bop session recorded here in San Francisco, the twisted tripped out proto-psychedelic cover art still intrigues me...
