I lived in NYC when Bernie Goetz shot the 4 youths on the subway. I thought I knew this story. I didn’t. This book is so welll researched and Ms. Thompson is an exceptional writer. The story she tells is compelling, infuriating and heartbreaking. Cannot recommend it enough. #FearAndFury
