UT99 runs pretty well on the Savage4, around 40-60 FPS at 640x480x32bit with detail levels at maximum, plus the S3TC textures from UT99 disc 2. Nowhere near as fast as the SLI Voodoo2s but still decent. This is with a single 450 MHz Pentium II on an Intel 440BX-based mobo.
