Black text on white ground Tav snuggled into Karlach's side, mind finally completely quiet and the curse was far, far away, just like they had promised! Perhaps was it even completely gone! Who was to know - or to care? Certainly not Tav whose whole body was comfortably heavy, warm and soft, the painful, straining tension in their shoulders and legs gone. Or at least so subdued that it wasn't bothering anymore. Giving the same results! Karlach hummed contentedly as Tav nestled even closer into her as her nails began to draw lazy patterns onto their bare back while Cale carefully laid down a thick, generous duvet over the two, making Tav very briefly wonder where he had found such a heavenly thing in this terrible place. They would ask him about it tomorrow, Tav decided. And let themself finally drift off into their first sleep free of nightmares since they entered the curse to the feeling of Gale slipping in next to them under the duvet, leaning over and kissing softly whatever he could reach of Tav's face - the corners of their mouth, temples and crown of their head.

Had a very rough emotional day yesterday (trying to explain my eldest daughter (socialised, not my gender identity!) trauma to my younger sister) and I just want to kiss my wizard and my tiefling/draw some #fireconstellationweave
