that you can use to fill in your team if like you play on classic mode and lose a lot of units or something… I think it’d be a neat idea to utilize and would do what Shadow Dragon tried with the paralouges but a lot better…

and it’s also just the concept that I outlined above cause Falchion and Tiki are good to use on the final boss… I did actually use this trick to access it… probably the only time I’d intentionally let a unit die TBH…

nah can’t see myself ever really going for them as they are… 24X is ironically the easiest one to get because if you let Tiki die after giving her Falchion you can access 24X and then just use the Aum staff to get Tiki back…

frankly it should have been something like “oh this next chapter is really hard without a flying unit but oops all your flying units died in an earlier chapter so here’s a paralouge that’ll give you a new pegasus rider to help you out” and then it’d be ok but…

especially cause at a certain point in Fire Emblem games you’re just using your final team for the whole map anyways so… like I get how it was done to help any newcomers to the game but like I don’t even think it does it well…

cause like this game shoves new units down your throat so like having it so you have less than 15 before the next chapter would mean you’d HAVE to sacrifice a ton of units for it… it just doesn’t seem worth it…

didn’t do all the paralouges because of their unlock conditions ice cold take here but I’m not the biggest fan of how those side chapters were handled for the most part cause like it just “rewards” players I guess for bad gameplay…
