this artwork is very detailed and complex, and i cannot cover everything in this alt text, i'm sorry. feel free to DM me if you need a more detailed description! this is digital artwork of a campfire party in the woods. everything is styled to look like paper! around the campfire are dozens of different people having a fun time. the people are all members of FletchMake's community, and they're drawn to either fit their online personas, or their real life selves. it's a really diverse cast of frogs, dinosaurs, videogame characters, humans, skeletons, cats, ducks, and much more! behind the fire is a big dirt cliff with some people sitting on the edge. one of those people is playing a guitar. at the center of the image is Fletch, who is a duck holding up two sock puppets. the puppets cast big shadows on the cliff, creating a scene of a duck shadow fighting a shadow monster with a sword. to the right is a big tree with some people in and on it. to the left is a clearing in the woods, with a giant weather station that says "NEO". above the clearing is a clear dark sky, packed with stars. in the sky is a shooting star! cozy lights are strung from tree to tree, providing light to the party. fireflies dot the forest line. i'll list off a few fun interactions in this artwork starting now! a toad is fishing off of the cliff, reeling in a toasted marshmallow that was cooked on the fire below. a skeleton person produces bright green flames, and a cat roasts a marshmallow on them. a cardboard moon person drinks a fire potion to stay protected from the bonfire. an artistic t-rex paints a colorful scarf for a shadow creature. a mossy person lays on a tree branch, blowing an electric fan on another person. the fan is wired to a power socket in the tree of course! a frog, a hermit crab, and a mutt take shelter in a cave inside the dirt cliff.
finished my artwork for #fletchfest!!! it's a really wholesome community and i wanted to make something that represents that, but also as a thank-you!
i feel like i learned a lot from drawing so many different people in this. the variety was a fun challenge!!
