Cheap labour is expensive. Consumer protection law in Kenya must be enforced to the letter & spirit of it. Airlines like #FlyJambojet & #KenyaAirways have the misguided pleasure of delaying passengers as they wish. You are late 5 minutes even at their own lounge, & they shamelessly won't board you.
