Alright, here is today's #DirtyChefTricks and because it's Sunday it's also #ForagingWanker.

This is broad leaf plantain. The leaves are edible and salad-y when young but the roots are basically cloves. It's a weed and grows everywhere. It will be in your garden. Never buy cloves again.
