A screenshot of the FreeCAD user interface. The preview area shows a simple rectangular shelving unit with six evenly spaced shelves that use tabs and slots to fit into the side walls and back panel. The treeview is somehow already six levels deep and is a mess of cuts on top of cuts on top of compound operations before finally getting to basic sketches and extrusions.

Render z FreeCADu. Částečně průhledný model obalu na článek 18650 (zelený) s držákem elektroniky (výřez v tyrkysovém dílu nahoře).

Vytištěná powerbanka přidělaná na cyklistické přilbě pomocí vymodelovaného držáku a dvou stahovacích pásek

Hotovo, vyzkoušeno 🥳
Obal na elektroniku a 1 článek 18650. Elektronika má psaných 450mA výstup (max 1A krátkodobě), ale udržela krok s kamerkou na 5V/500mA.
Ještě budu chtít vršek upravit, ať vidím na stavové diody uvnitř 🙂

Záslepky osazené v rozvaděči vedle zásuvek na DIN lištu. Blesk na záslepkách zvýrazněný lihovým fixem.
Dnes jsem si dal odpočinek od dlouhodobějšího projektu a vyrobil si jednoduchou záslepku do rozvaděče pro ucpání prázdných pozic.
Záslepka by měla sedět do všech moderních evropských rozvaděčů, otestováno v rozvaděči Schneider 🙂

#freecadfriday Knob has an internal groove to be captured by fingers and spin freely. Took a few iterations to get fingers that don't break off as knob is forced on.

Screen shot of a basic case with no integrated paddles at all. The case is rendered transparent in order to show the internal display frame and the base, as well as some of the internal structure. There is a knob placed where the actual physical knob sits on the assembled device. The internal components are not modeled.
Screen shot that is like the other image, except that the case is the version with the default integrated paddles as shipped by QRP Labs.
