Actually the #Freikorps pre-dated #Hilter. They were post-WWI paramilitary groups consisting of ex-soldiers & right wing nationalists fighting communists & influencing politics. They date back to the 18th-19th century. U.S. intelligence has extensively employed a "Freikorps methodology" since WW2.
