The lovely young man and his grown up dog with the painting his sister secretly commissioned me to do of him, his dog whe it was just a pup in the painting. He is sitting on the stairs holding the framed portrait with his dog laying next to him at the top of the stairs in his house.
I forgot to photograph the painting before I framed it in glass!, this is a photo of the painting.
The lovely note he sent me after receiving his painting it says "I was so blown away with this piece of artwork by Jules, commissioned by my sister as a surprise. Thank you so much for this amazing piece, I still can't get over how detailed it is. Words can't describe, and photos don't come close to doing it justice. The only downside is finding a place in the home that's worthy of hanging such an incredible piece of art. Thank you again, from Andy and Bailey"
#Blueskyart #fridayart #portraitart #acrylicart #dogswelove So this is a memory from Facebook and is the reason why I love painting portraits of every day people. I don't have access to beautiful models or wealthy people like traditional portrait artists, this makes what I do worth it.
