The dumplings are bought, but the spring rolls are mine. Cucumber, peppers, scallions, & pickled cabbage. I tossed the cucumber and scallions in salt, pepper, soy, & sesame oil, and the peppers were given a quick saute in sesame oil. Our new favorite veggie treat. #fromtheespeccafeteria #especcooks
