2 servings of homemade egg rolls - 2 plates, each with 3 large egg rolls, dolled up with mayo, Sriracha, and Wasabi.

And after the drive home from the Barn in the rain, I made egg rolls - dolled up with Sriracha, mayo, and Wasabi - cuz I didn't want to mess with dipping sauces while eating in front of the TV.
