Hey Frontier Airlines, explain why we were forced to pay $198 for bags that fit under the seat on our flight to San Juan (5/23) but suddenly were “carry-ons” on our return (5/26, 6am)?
Same bags. No explanation. Just threats and rudeness.
I demand a refund.
