Our 2025 #FrontlineWorkerSurvey reveals the pressures staff face in helping people secure private rented #housing.
That’s why we’re calling for Local Housing Allowance to be unfrozen, alongside other charities and housing organisations.

Our findings reflect the reality on the ground:
- 85% saw rising demand
- 80% expect things to get worse
- Over half say the job harms wellbeing
