旺角Pret A Manger沙律樣本驗出沙門氏菌　食安中心飭令停售 | am730 旺角港鐵旺角東站的Pret A Manger分店，有沙律樣本被檢出含致病原沙門氏菌。食物安全中心透過恆常食物監測計劃，在該店抽取一個預先包裝烤波特菇甜薯純素沙律樣本，檢測發現在25克食物樣本中含有沙門氏菌，違反《食品微生物含量指引》的準則，即在25克即食食物樣本中不得檢出沙門氏菌。
