Fed and watered Doughfus this morning 7AM. By noon, it grew above the black ring as pictured.

Remember, gluten free sourdough is not going to double in size when making dough. But when done correctly, it will still rise.

One of the unfortunate “givens” of my existence is food allergies and hypersensitivity to medications, ingredients, fragrances.

Until I learned to bake with #psylliumhusk and homemade #glutenfree #sourdoughstarter, my baking was pretty limited because of sensitivity to Xanthan gum.
