The Hemispheric Institute at New York University presents Huracán Waters, the new exhibition by Vincentian artist and photographer Nadia Huggins. Huggins' photography explores the communal and submarine impact of hurricanes in Caribbean waters, documenting violent and invisible ecological destruction, and portraying the people who live with and care for hurricane waters.
