Wir lieben dieses Gericht und es schmeckt auch #vegan herrlich.
Wichtig ist halt die typische Würzsoße, auch als #Tofu Marinade.
#Koriander kann man notfalls durch #Petersilie ersetzen.

Aus der Not eine Tugend gemacht: #GalloPinto NICHT mit schwarzen Bohnen im Reis.
Die habe ich nicht bekommen, daher mit #Belugalinsen experimentiert.
Es schmeckt mindestens ebenso gut.
Auch mit dem #Lachs, dessen Haut wieder schön knusprig geworden ist.
